For 10 years now, PCF has helped create opportunities for tens of thousands of beneficiaries. Currently we have 30 active projects (including emergency projects), but only 8.6 permanent team members. With very little overhead, we work hard for the thousands of people we support.
We need your help to fund our general donation pool - to cover shortfalls in our long term projects; to ensure we can quickly respond to emergency needs (in parallel with projects that address long term needs); and to help keep the "lights on".
We frequently post on Facebook about the small but essential projects that these donations support. See the latest impacts here.
We have seen a large increase in requests for support from our partners as they step up and help not just those fleeing violence but also the local communities who, though they have very little themselves, are willing to help those with even less.
Your donation not only provides food and shelter but also funds those giving the care and support needed for the families and lone children fleeing their homes.
You can see more information on the projects supported here.

Many Thai children unfortunately cannot attend school despite 'regular' development assistance. A child from northern Thailand speaks a dialect at home that deviates so much from Thai that they are unable to attend classes. As a result, children cannot attend school.
This is where Philanthropy Connections comes in. They have a project called Mother Tongue Based Multilingual Education. Through this, they realize the education of children by involving local people.
