In 2024, we faced significant challenges, making tough but essential decisions to stabilise our finances while continuing to address urgent humanitarian needs. Although some projects had to be paused or scaled back, we strategically invested in strengthening our operational infrastructure, significantly increasing our fundraising and administrative capacities. Local support and advocacy grew notably, highlighted by impactful events such as the gala dinner at the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok. Despite financial constraints, we responded effectively to emergencies, from conflict zones in Myanmar to flood relief efforts in Thailand, reaffirming our dedication to providing essential support to vulnerable communities and empowering them towards sustainable futures.
